Web Development Skills
While I won't claim to be an expert web developer, I do have foundational skills in web development. I do have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, ActionScript, SQL, and PHP.  I also have knowledge on how to create databases for Bluehost sites. I have experience using Dreamweaver, Muse, Wordpress, Drupal, and Mobirise. I have also have experience hand coding a few simplistic sites.

Hand Coded Sites

This is the first site I ever hand coded for web development studies during Master's coursework. The site is responsive and I used PHP for the global navigation. The site includes JQuery responsive image slider plug-ins. I also created a database and table for my contact form using MySQL. See the video on how I did it here.

This responsive portfolio site began with a layout template, but I made major adjustments. I entered my own content, made changes to the navigation, and drastically changed the CSS. I also added social media buttons.

Here's a responsive site I completely hand coded. It's purpose is to showcase my Grandmother's recipes to our large family. I am still working on developing this site.

WordPress Sites

I have two blog sites which I created with WordPress. Both I started out with templates and then adjusted the code both through the content management system and through hand coding. All of the content was created by me.

Adobe CS
I have created sites using Muse, Dreamweaver, and Spark, but I am most familiar with Muse. I also created interactive features using Animate and Edge Animate.

The following are a few examples.
This a responsive website that I created after doing extensive academic research, UX Research and testing. I created the architecture and design as well as all of the content. See the process.

Another responsive site. This is a redesign proposal based on the client's request to stick to the color theme of the original site.
